This device will accurately keep track and display the current round and time, as well as the current amount of the small/big blind, and ante bets on its large LCD screen. The UDB is programmable for up to 10 rounds for your poker game. It takes just seconds to completely set using 3 simple buttons. Then press start, and your game can begin. When the loud alarm goes off after the elapsed time all you have to do is press any button, and all the PRE-PROGRAMMED settings will advance to the next round! This programmable device functions as a traditional dealer button (the disk that rotates from player to player representing which person is the dealer) and offers the capacity to completely manage a poker tournament. On its large LCD screen it displays the current round and time, as well as the current amount of the small/big blind, and ante bets. Programmable for up to 10 rounds, it takes just seconds to completely set using three buttons. Pressing "start" allows a game to begin. When the device's beep-alarm goes off after the chosen elapsed time (in hours, minutes, and seconds) all that is required is press any button, and all the programmed settings will advance to the next round. Pausing and restarting is also possible. The timer is three inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick--perfect for a chip case.

This is a great blinds poker timer...for the price. It also doubles as a Dealer button, which is kind of handy, but probably won't get used for that much, because it's about the same size as a hockey puck, just not as thick.

+ It gives you 10 different rounds where you can set the small blind, the big blind, and the ante, with the option to set a different time for each round. Very cool.

+ It doesn't have set in amounts that you have to have the blinds at. If you want a different kind of play where the small blind is 20 and the big is 45, you can do that!

- The buttons are kind of hard to hold down and you don't get to set each digit, you have to hold it down to get to the number you're looking for, which means to go to 200, you have to hold it down for about 30 seconds for it to get there.

- If you want to insert a round in after you have set all the rounds, you will have to reset all the rounds above it. Say you want it to go 10/20,...Read more

I have been playing poker for many years and I have always had the issue with timing the rounds and what the blinds were when it got late. We first started with the microwave timer and then switched to a dealer button with a timer in it, but we wanted more. The Ultimate Dealer Button is the best product out there for poker! We are so happy with it! It allows you to program your WHOLE tournament and it saves the information even when the unit is turned off! I highly recommend this great priced product.

This dealer button is great. Ten programmable rounds, small blind, big blind, ante - its all there and all customizable. We live overseas and play in a foreign currency so the lack of any monetary units was nice - for us. The only issue I have is the size of the button. It's about 3inchs in diameter (not measuring it at the moment so three seems about right) which is a bit big on the table. That's just a personal preference though. If you're looking for a dealer button with some juice that does more then just count down the round time this is the one you're looking for.
